Data center control panels at 100 kA, drawn with the quote.

Power management masters, power monitoring panels and liquid-cooling pump panels on ControlLogix, CompactLogix and PowerFlex. Describe your lineup, sources and generators, and the configurator picks every part, computes the SCCR, lays out the panel and draws the schematics, 3D model, CNC programs, BOM and wire list. This page runs on synthetic test data: nothing is for sale and no panel ships.

Panels

DCP-PMC power management master

Load shed and add back, utility transfer and tie, generator start and bus assignment on redundant ControlLogix 5580. 2N main-tie-main with up to 4 generators, 100 kA SCCR, FAT on a switchgear simulator. From $245,000; quoted per site.

$245,000.00 (demo: not for sale)

DCP-EPMS power monitoring panel

Breaker status, meters, relays and UPS over Modbus TCP and IEC 61850 with GPS time on CompactLogix 5380. $72,000 up to 11 monitored breakers, +$1,500 per breaker above 11, +$6,000 for IEC 61850; $62,000 without HMI.

$72,000.00 (demo: not for sale)

DCP-CDU liquid-cooling pump panel

Duty/standby secondary-loop pumps up to 30 hp on PowerFlex 525 with Micro850; drive fault hardwired for an instant pump swap; 100 kA with Class J fused main. $52,000.

$52,000.00 (demo: not for sale)

Questions

Can I order one?
Not yet. This is a demo of the AIPhoundry flow with synthetic test results; quote requests are recorded but no panel will be built.
What are the three panels?
DCP-PMC power management master: load shed, utility transfer and tie, generator start and paralleling permissives on redundant ControlLogix. DCP-EPMS power monitoring: breaker status, meters and relays over Modbus TCP and IEC 61850 with GPS time. DCP-CDU pump panel: duty/standby secondary loop pumps on PowerFlex 525 for liquid cooling.
What about trips and closes?
Trip, close, transfer and generator start are hardwired through dry relay contacts; networks carry monitoring only. The panel never carries the switchgear's own DC.
What is outside the range?
More than 100 kA available fault current, pumps above 30 hp, rooms the enclosure can't cool, seismic certification for OSHPD sites. Those go to an engineer as an engineered request.
How is the price set?
From the parts, build hours and application hours of the package generated for your request. Reference prices: PMC from $245,000; EPMS $72,000 up to 11 monitored breakers (+$1,500 per breaker above 11, +$6,000 for IEC 61850, $62,000 without HMI); CDU $52,000.
